If you're longing for a little more 'me-time' we are the subscription box for you! Our aim is to encourage women to step away from everyday life and indulge in a luxurious, at-home pamper. With a beautiful set of pyjamas and incredible skincare and pamper products, Take Ten is a one-stop-box that will have everything you need to not only take time for yourself, but feel amazing in doing so! Our aim is to offer woman of all lifestyles and situations a chance to #taketen, unwind and pamper themselves.
And even better? You'll always pay less than the full RRP price of the box!
If you've signed up to a recurring subscription plan, we'll despatch your box between the 16th-18th in February, May, August and November straight to your home! Once we've despatched your box you'll recieve an email from us to let you know it's on its way - how exciting!
If you're purchasing a box for someone as a gift, ensure to fill our their name and address at checkout so we can send the box directly to them. Alternatively, you can receive the box to your home address and gift it personally. We will ship your one-off box in 2-5 working days.
Of course! Whether it's for a birthday, Christmas, 'thinking of you' or just to simply let them know how much they mean to you our boxes will be something to make them feel special no matter the occasion.
Fill in the recepients details at checkout, mark the 'This is A Gift' tab at checkout and leave an optional gift message that we'll include in their box at no extra charge.
*To leave a message at checkout, select the pen icon.
Alternatively, you can gift them their box personally. Just simply enter your details at checkout.
By choosing our Seasonal Box - Pre Pay For 4 Boxes, you'll be prepaying to receive our next four boxes as opposed to paying per box.
This option is our best value as you'll save £15 in total for 4 boxes!
*Please note: your subscription will renew once you've received all 4 boxes and you will be charged for the following 4 boxes thereafter.
If you wish to cancel after you've recieved all 4 boxes, simply login to your account and select 'Cancel Subscription'.
Cancellations must be done before you are charged and your subscription has renewed. For any assistance, please email us at email@example.com
Our Build-A-Box section allows you to purchase individual past products/items or you can build your own box for yourself or as gift.
Simply add the products you want using the 'Add to Basket' button under each item and checkout once you're done. Checkout with 3 or more items in your basket and your items will come gift wrapped in a Take Ten box.
Please note: Our 'Build-A-Box' section displays previous month's boxes content, so the items displayed are what we currently have stock of. Once we've sold out of certain stock it will not be coming back into stock - so if there's something in particular you want from a previous months' box be sure to make a purchase before it's too late.
There are no hidden fees and you can cancel at any time!
Your subscription payment will include P&P so you won't have any hidden charges at checkout either.
Pay Per Box Plan
If you've opted for our Seasonal - Pay Per Box plan, you will be charged on the 1st of the month you're due to receive your box. This will February, May, August and November.
Don't forget... you can pause your subscription, skip a month or cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your Take Ten account.
Pre-Pay For 4 Boxes
If you've opted to prepay for 4 boxes, you will be charged for 4 boxes when you subscription. This is our best value option and works out cheaper than our pay per box option. Your payment will be taken the day you sign up and you'll then either recieve our February, May, August or November box.
Please note; this option is a recurring subscription. So once you have recieved all 4 boxes your subscription will auto-renew and you'll automatically be charged for the next 4 boxes unless you cancel before renewal date. If you need any assistant cancelling your subscription before it renews, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are confident you will love your box. However, if you are unhappy with your box or our service, please do contact us at email@example.com and let us know. We will do our upmost best to resolve any issues or queries you may have.
We don't currently accept returns on any box. However, if you're unhappy with anything please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our upmost best to resolve any issues you may have.
Oh no - we're sorry to hear!
We're advised by our courier company - Royal Mail - deliveries can take up to 14 working days. However, it usually takes between 2-5 working days from when we despatch your box.
Please allow up to 14 days to receive your box before contacting us. If you still haven't received your box after 14 days please contact us at email@example.com so we can raise it directly with Royal Mail.
Pausing/skipping means you're pausing your subscription plan for that month. So if you'd like to take a break from receiving your box whenever you like you can!
Simply login to your account, click 'manage' under your subscription plan and select 'pause' - located next to 'Need a Break?'.
Simply login to your account to cancel your subscription or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know your name and the plan you're signed up too and we will go ahead and cancel your subscription for you.
Please note: it is your responsibility to cancel your plan before the renewal date.
All boxes are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail.
All boxes are sent in a waterproof mailer bag to protect the box and content inside from damage that may occur during transit so you can rest assured knowing your box will come in great condition.

MY TAKE TEN BOX
Whichever subscription plan you choose you will receive a new set of pyjamas, 3-4 pamper products and 1 sweet treat.
Each month we put all our effort into finding the most perfect pyjamas and pamper products to go in each box. We try to select a style of pyjamas every woman is bound to love and wear.
The pamper products can vary from skincare, hair care, shower products, body care candles and much more. Take a look at our Past Boxes to see what we've featured in the past.
We also include an information leaflet so you can find out more about each product we've included - along with tips, advise and care.
If you love any of the products inside your box, you can then go on to purchase them as a one-off on our Build-A-Box page.
Each box has a value of over £50.
Some months you may receive 3 items instead of 4. This will be because a product we have chosen to provide in that months box has a higher RRP value.
However, please be assured each box will obtain the same overall value.
Once you've selected your preferred subscription plan, you will then be prompted to select your desired pyjamas size.
If you would prefer your pyjamas a little oversized/looser, opt for the next size up.

We believe keeping the majority of our products a surprise adds more excitement for our subscribers! We will reveal 2-3 products on our website and social media pages and keep the remaining 1-2 products as a surprise!

As we order our products in bulk from our suppliers, some suppliers may have a lower quantity of available stock, and so we will order alternative products from another one of our great suppliers instead. Please be assured, all the products we provide you are off the same great quality!
Within each box we will provide you with an information leaflet explaining each product and how the brand recommends the product is best used.

If you've recently signed up to a subscription plan, you may have seen the Refer A Friend Programme we offer!
This allows you to earn £5 back onto your account for every friend/family member you refer to Take Ten! Your friend family will also receive £5 off their first box.
Here's how it works:
- login to your account - click the person icon in the top right corner to login.
- Retrieve your unique referral code
- Share this link with as many people as you can! Friends, family or on your social media
- Once someone has signed up using your unique code, we will give them £5 off their first box. We will also add £5 back onto your own account.
- You can then use your account balance on your next box (or save and bank up enough money to get a free box!) it's totally up to you!
The more you share your unique code = the more money you'll earn back! You can check your 'credit' balance on your account.
Please note: your £5 credit will be added back onto your Take Ten account and will not be credited back onto your credit/debit card. The money earnt back onto your account can be used across our entire website or used against your next box.

AMENDMENTS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION
If you would like to change your pyjama size, simply login to your account and change your size there. Alternatively, contact us at email@example.com and let us know your name and the size you would like your pyjamas to be changed to.
Our pyjama sizes are displayed in UK sizes. If you're ordering from a different country, convert your regular size to the UK size to find out which size you will need.
If you need to change any of your details, i.e. your address, name or payment details, you can login to your account to amend your details. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
