By accessing the website at http://www.taketenbox.co.uk, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Take Ten Box's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Take Ten Box's website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

In no event shall Take Ten Box or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Take Ten Box's website, even if Take Ten Box or a Take Ten Box authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on Take Ten Box's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Take Ten Box does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Take Ten Box may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Take Ten Box does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Take Ten Box has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Take Ten Box of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Take Ten Box may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
For one time products - we'll ship within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 48h service.
Subscriptions will be sent between the 16th-18th of the month you're due to receive your box *depending on the plan you're signed up to. These are sent via Royal Mail 48h service.
Although 48h is advised by Royal Mail, there may be delays in delivery down to Royal Mail and is not something we are able to rectify. Once we have despatched your box, it should take 2-5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, contact us at email@example.com and we will look into this for you.
Address changes must be made at least 5 days before you're due to be billed on the 15th. If the address is not amended 5 days before billing, your order will have your original address and will be sent to that address. It is not our responsibility to rectify this once it has been despatched and we aren't liable for a reshipment or forwarding fee. If an order hasn't reached you within 30 days and you have not made us aware, we are unable to offer a refund or be able to trace down the parcel.
Take Ten Box is only valid for those 18 years and over. Take Ten Box have the right to cancel any member who we believe to not meet the 18 years and above threshold. It is within Take Ten Box rights' to suspend, revoke or cancel any membership for any valid reason; where we believe you are violating Take Ten Box, using a fraudalent card, signing-up under someone else's name et al.
We aim to include products in our boxes that are suitable for all skin types. However, it is your responsibility to pre-check the ingredients provided on the label of each product before use - along with expiry date and direction of use. We are a third-party stockist to beauty / cosmetic / skincare brands; therefore we are not responsible for the ingredients and ethos of each brand. Before using a product from a Take Ten Box, we recommend seeking proffesional-medical advice beforehand.
We will provide an insert in our box with a brief description of each product; although this is not exhaustive of the information.
You will be billed the day you sign up to either; a subscription plan or a one-time product.
For subscription plans; after your first initial payment, you will then be billed on the 15th of the month you're due to receive your box.
If your payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt three times over the following days. If we are unable to take the payment on the third try, we will contact you to let you know and temporarily freeze your plan.
We cannot offer a refund for your box once payment is taken. It is therefore your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next payment date.
When you sign up for your first box, payment is take the day off; so you are guaranteed to receive the box on our next despatch date so it's important to be sure you want to receive your box.
Pausing or Skipping Your Plan
If there is a month you do not wish to receive your box, you can login to your account and 'pause' your subscription plan. This means we will not bill you or send out a box to you that month. Pausing is only set to 2 months and cannot last longer than this. After the two months are up, your subscription plan will be back open and we will bill you the following month.
You have to pause your plan before billing date (15th). If you do not pause before the 15th, we will despatch your box on our next despatch day.
Your account will then be paused for the following month. It is the subscribers responsibility to cancel, pause or skip thereafter a previous 'skip or pause' action.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancellations must be made before the date you are due for your renewal billing (15th). If you cancel anytime after your renewal billing date, we are unable to issue you a refund and we'll send you your last box to you. Once you have received your box, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date (15th) should you not wish to continue with your subscription. We are not responsible for closing/cancelling any subscription plans unless requested to do so by you.
Should you wish to cancel, login to your account and cancel via your account manager. Alternatively, contact us and we will cancel your subscription for you.
If you do not cancel through us - your account manager or by contacting us - but instead cancel through your bank you are liable to pay any dispute fees that may occur. You are unable to cancel your plan for our 6 month prepay plan. Once payment has been taken, you will receive your box once a month for the next 6 months. This will be between the 16th-18th each month. You are not able to receive all 6 boxes at once.
We do not accept returns. Once you have received your box you are unable to send it back to us for a refund. If you are unhappy with anything in your box please contact us taketenbox.co.uk.
For any one-time purchases or subscriptions, we can offer you a full refund once the box has been returned to us. Once contacting us requesting a refund, you must return the box back to Take Ten Box within 7 days. You are responsible for returning your box back to us and for paying any return costs that may occur. The box must be un-opened and return to us in the same condition in which is at your own cost and risk. Take Ten Box has the right to deduct from your refund any reduction in value of the products that we deem to have been used, option or damaged. If you want to return any box, you must contact us first and we'll provide return address and details. If payment has been taken before despatch day and we have not yet despatched your box, we can issue you a full refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation and refund before despatch day (16th-18th).
For our prepay 6 months plan - once payment has been taken we cannot issue any refunds or cancellations. If you are unhappy with any box, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your account will be credited £5 everytime someone has signed-up to a subscription plan using your unique referral code. Only will a credit to your account be made if someone uses this link. Take Ten have the right to reject any requests claiming someone has signed up using a unique referral link. If they sign-up not using your unique referral link you will not benefit from your £5 referral credit. Once someone has signed up using your referral link, your account will automatically be credited. If you do not see your account has a credit and you believe it should, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org along with your email address and the email address of the person whom you believe signed up using your referral link. Matter will then be looked into and all cases assessed uniquely.
In no way can your Take Ten Box account credit be refunded back onto your bank account and will remain as virtual credit on your Take Ten account. The credit balance you earn will stay on your Take Ten account to use on/towards any purchase via www.taketenbox.co.uk and we cannot issue this as a form of payment to your debit/credit card. Credit will automically be deducted from your next renewal payment. Alternatively, you can use your balance on/or towards a one-off purchase before your next renewal payment.
Take Ten Box has the right to amend, update or change pricing on any items across our entire website; including subscriptions, postal costs and one-off purchases. This information does not have to be shared nor does an announcement have to be made from Take Ten. Prices for all current subscribers will remain the same unless contacted or shared publicly. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription should you not wish to continue with your subscription plan due to any changes in prices.
